Upgrade - Most Outrageous Group Pic is a Trust Commission for Nicole that involves you helping her to take multiple pictures for a photo contest she joined for the Cunning Hares.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
The Commission will appear when Nicole's Trust Level is almost at Level 3 or Close. The Commission can be started once you see Nicole standing at the entrance of Coff Cafe.
You can talk to Nicole at the Coff Cafe on Sixth Street to start the commission. She tells all about the photo contest she joined for the sake of the Cunning Hares.
Take a Picture of Mr. Panda with Nicole at the Coff Cafe. Nicole will ask you about the picture you took of her afterwards.
Catch up with Nicole and go to the entrance of the Box Galaxy in Sixth Street. You can find Nicole beside the Bangboo and Statue and the skateboard bench.
Take a picture of the Banboo Statue with Nicole in front of the entrance to the Box Galaxy. She will then ask you sake about the picture you took of her afterwards.
You will get a message from Nicole after some time about the photo contest. She will say that the picture she used got eliminated from the competition.

The dialogue choices you make in Upgrade - Precious Document don't matter as all will increase trust.
After completing the Upgrade - Most Outrageous Group Pic Trust Commission, you can increase Nicole's Trust level.
