    Hello! I'm not sure if it's already mentioned somewhere but I'm just here to point out, you can get Glimmer & its shards by exchanging joy medals* in the land of fortune btw. Same thing w/the Arc knife, it also appears in the land of fortune exchange ^^ * it says in its item desc. they're "obtainable via specific content"(?) it sounded a lil vague to me.. tho I did notice there are some joy medals in the summer event as first-time clearance reward in its Genbu challenge battles.
