Angel's Command
Increase Atk 29.1%. When using skill on ally, gain 2 Commandment. After allies deal skill damage, spend 1 Commandment to increase that skill's damage 13.5% (1 Turn).

How to Get Dominion

Can be Fused When You Reach Level 70

Dominion can be acquired through Persona Fusion in the Velvet Room. Some Persona Fusions are unlocked through level progression, while others require increasing your Synergy Bond with Merope.

Some skills can be inherited when you use a Persona's Seal to train another Persona in the Velvet Room.

Skill Inheritance Restrictions

Persona of a certain affinity cannot inherit skills of a certain affinity, often times it is the natural opposite of its innate affinity.
