Can be Fused When You Reach Merope Synergy Rank 11 and Level 50

Okuninushi can be acquired through Persona Fusion in the Velvet Room. Some Persona Fusions are unlocked through level progression, while others require increasing your Synergy Bond with Merope.

Skill Inheritance Restrictions
