Defeat at Random in Metaverse
There is a good chance of randomly acquiring Kaiwanafter defeating it in the Metaverse.

You can acquire Kaiwan by completing the Realm of Repression challenge on the IV Floor. These challenges can be difficult so be sure you're at least 2 levels higher than the required level.
