In order to get the Infinity Gauntlet, you must first acquire the Shattered Gauntlet of the Ages during the Favor Family Business. You can claim the Gauntlet from a Traveler you'll have to defeat onboard a small ship near the end of the caves that the Favor brings you in.

How to Get the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages

Upgrade the Gauntlets

Once you have the Shattered Gauntlet of the Ages, you will have to upgrade it after acquiring 5 Dragon Tears, 25 Dust of Realms, and 100000 Hacksilver in order to fully make use of its Enchantment Sockets. Go to Brok or Sindri to upgrade it.

Adding different Enchantments to the Talisman increases its versatility as an offensive tool against your foes.

Infinity Stone Locations

Completes the Infinity Gauntlet

After upgrading the Gauntlet, you will find that it can now take on 6 different Enchanments – there are six in the game that completes the set, with each "stone" or Enchanment scattered across the game through a collection of Favors and Rewards for defeating foes.

Once all six have been completed, they can be used to enchant the upgraded Gauntlet to complete the Infinity Gauntlet. Making use of the Talisman then will add projectiles to your attack, which can be used to demolish enemy groups formed in a line or against enemies at a distance.
