When you return to the Witch's Cave with Mimir's head, solve the sand bowl puzzle to reach the chest with this summon. You'll have to destroy a few wooden planks for Atreus to reach the sand bowl and also to reveal the answer to the riddle which is found exactly west of the legendary chest.
