After riding the minecart up inside the Mountain, you'll soon encounter flamethrower traps. Once you reach the rotating trap, disable it using the nearby wheel to reach the chest containing this armor.

Scaled Bracers of Focus Location

Scaled Bracers of Focus Location
After solving the sand bowl puzzle inside the Mountain, enter through the revealed door and follow the path until you reach a blockade where you can see a Nornir rune. Before going past the blockade, go left and you will see a chest containing this armor at the end of the path.

Scaled Waist Guard of Focus Location

Scaled Waist Guard of Focus Location
In the area where you first find the minecart inside the Mountain, climb up the chain and lower the bridge to reach a chest containing this armor.
