There are a total of 5 Elders in Donkey Kong Bananza, all of which will give DK the ability to transform into different Bananza Forms.

What Elders Do

Unlocks the Corresponding Bananaza Form

Drumbeat Controls

Retrieving the Elders' Ancient Records unlocks the corresponding Bananza Form in the main story.

All Bananza Transformations and Forms

Unlocks the Rehearsal Halls

Bananza Rehearsal

In the post-game, the Elders lets you take on the difficult Rehearsal Halls. These are similiar to Challenge Ruins and rewards you with a Golden Skill that corresponds to the Bananza Form.

Note that you need to collect a specific number of Banandium Gems to unlock the Rehearsal Halls.
