    You won't be able to get it until you talk to a specific Fractone that asks you about amiibo. I think the earliest you'll find it is in the Racing Layer, but I first saw it in Resort Layer.

    anyone figure out how to get the diva dress? I keep scanning the amiibo but it just drops the kong tiles like a normal donkey Kong amiibo. im wondering if i bugged it by scanning too early before oddrock turned into pauline.
