Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Jane Doe's Trust Events and Best Answers
The VIP Member trust commission can be unlocked after sending Jane an invite. Choosing the It's a secret, come to the store and we can talk! option to start the commission.
Note that selecting the I wanted to go to Public Security and ask about a few things... option will start the Taking Care of Business commission instead.
Taking Care of Business Quest Guide
After sending Jane an invite, meet up with her at the Random Play video store on Sixth Street. Upon talking to her, she will ask for a videotape recommendation.

Choosing the Rookie's Guide to the Hollow dialogue option will reward you with a significant increase in Jane's Trust Level with you.
Completing the VIP Member trust commission will reward you with a trust increase with Jane.
