Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Rina Trust Events and Best Answers
The Cleanup for the Masses Trust Commission can be unlocked after you send Rina an invite when her Trust Level with you is at Close or Rank 3.
Choose the Where do you feel like going? option to start the commission. Selecting the How about the arcade? will start the One-Click Revenge Trust Commission.
Talk to Rina inside Random Play video store after sending her an invite to start and complete the commission.
