Andrew's Plea can be unlocked upon reaching Chapter 2. Progress through the main story and reach the prerequisite chapter to unlock this commission.

Reach Inter-Knot Level 25

Andrews Plea Shepard

After reaching Inter-Knot Level 25, Shepard will text you randomly telling you about Andrew who has a commission for us. Accept the commission to unlock.

Tangerine Network Test Answers

Answers are Different for Everyone

Color Question
This commission is special as the Tangerine Network Test is a memory game which will have you answer three questions or captchas regarding the colors that will or will not appear on the monitor. Observe the colors appearing on the screen and answer the questions correctlly to pass all the captchas. Note that the questions are random, so answers differ for every player.

Fairy Will Help if You Answer Incorrectly

Fairy

However, if you manage to answer any question incorrectly, you can opt to retry the commission and have Fairy offer help to highlight the correct answers with a blue mark on the second round.

Get All the Observation Data at the End

Observation Data 1-3

After answering the questions, get all the three observation data and open the Locked Valves with Gear Coins and go to the exit to defeat enemies which will end the commission.
