if signature go crit dmg, if no SIG go crit rate to maximize her you need 68% cr
how does the core passive work? like if i have 60% crit rate before battle starts but then after the battle starts it gets to 80%, do i still get the max amount or i must have the 80% before battle starts for it to have the max amount because my rng on crit dmg isn't very good right now so i want to replace crit rate with crit dmg

Crit Rate is basically Anomaly Mastery for her up to 80% CR Completely forget the usual Anomaly building for her, think of her like an Attacker that can also do anomalies
Also, why not giving Anomaly Mastery for Miyabi in slot 6? Wouldn't it be better for her? If not, why not?
Bangboo is always 100% Guarantee you need to chose only which one you want
Thanks Gera and 62 Anon for letting me know. i just got the gulliver because of the FBI open up meme but im also close to get another S Bangboo i was suprised the 2nd time also has a 100% Guarantee. I will take the Sharkboo next
Sharkboo is good because it increases ice anomaly buildup. Knightboo is a freebie 5 star a rank that is good, buffs her attack which in turn buffs her massive crit. Agent Gulliver is the S rank option for her squad, it does electric but has anomaly buildup increase. Check out the Proxy Tools menu ingame and it will have good boo suggestions for each character.
