As Link, make your way to the dungeon and defeat Ganon. As Zelda, escape the rift that emerges from the dungeon and head towards Hyrule Castle's throne room.

From the house, head east towards Suthorn Ruins to enter the Stilled Suthorn Ruins and its dungeon.

After completing The Mysterious Rifts, you will receive the Searching for Everyone quest and gives you the option to travel to Gerudo Desert or Jabul Waters. You will need to complete both to progress the story.
It is recommended to travel and mend the rift at Gerudo Desert as it is closer to your starting location and also gives you access to useful Echoes and abilities such as the Platboom Echo, Flying Tile Echo, and the Bow for Swordfighter Form.

3 | Head north from Crossflows Plaza to reach the entrance of the Jabu-Jabu Ruins. |
4 | Visit both the Sea Clan's and River Clan's villages and speak to Dradd and Kushara. Follow Kushara once they travel to the Crossflows Plaza. |
5 | Fast travel to the River Zora Village and head up to the waterfall nearby.

7 | Fast travel to the Zora Cave and head to the small island towards the east side. Enter the cave and follow the path that leads to the exit. Talk to Kushara and use Bind on the boulder on the left to complete the subquest.

8 | After completing both Chaos at River Zora Village and Rampage in Zora Cove, head to the Jabu-Jabu Ruins. Remove the boulders and repair the golden platform using Bind. The entrance to the ruins will open after the village chiefs perform together. |
9 | Defeat Jabu-Jabu by feeding it Bombfish or make it inhale the enemies it spawns. |
10 | Enter the rift that Tri opens up to explore the Stilled Jabul Waters rift.

Completing both A Rift in the Gerudo Desert and The Jabul Waters Rifts unlocks the next main quest, Still Missing.

1 | From Lueburry's house, head north until you reach the castle gate and watch the cutscene that follows. |
2 | Defeat the rift enemies and enter the last house on the left side of the town. Minister Lefte will give you the hint that the castle's underground entrance is at the bottom of a well near the house. |
3 | Find the well behind the house and use the Trampoline Echo to jump and head down to the bottom. |
4 | Head to the right side and enter the portal leading to the Stilled Hyrule Castle Town rift.

5 | Once inside the Stilled Hyrule Castle Town, make your way up to reach the entrance of Hyrule Castle. Defeat the dungeon's boss and pick up the Heart Container.

Once you complete the Hyrule Castle dungeon, you will receive the Lands of the Goddesses main quest.
You have the option to choose which rift to mend first from the three regions: Eldin, Hebra, and Faron. All three are required to complete to progress through the story.

Go up Eldin Volcano Trail, located north of Kakariko Village. Follow the path until you reach the top or climb the mountain using your preferred method. You will unlock the main quest, The Rift on Eldin Volcano, as soon as you enter this region. ▶︎ Main Quest: The Rift on Eldin Volcano |
2 | When you reach the stairs with flags, approach the Goron standing in front of a building. This will trigger a cutscene and advance the quest. Follow the Goron inside Goron City to find the rift entrance containing the Goron residents. |

Interact with the rift for Tri to open up an entrance. Jump into the rift when you're ready. Rescue Tri's friends trapped in four areas of this rift.

After mending the rift, talk to Darston outside Goron City. He'll ask you to check Rock-Roast Quarry and Lizalfos Burrow for the missing Gorons. ▶ Main Quest: Rock-Roast Quarry ▶ Main Quest: Lizalfos Burrow |
5 | After completing both Rock-Roast Quarry and Lizalfos Burrow, warp back to the Goron City waypoint, and head inside. |
6 | Follow Darston into the chief's room where a large stone portrait of his father is hung on the wall. Use Bind to pull the screw on the right side of the portrait and reveal the hidden path. |
7 | Enter the passageway. Cross the lava either by using Reverse Bond on the Keese, creating a Keese Echo, or riding a flying tile Echo. |
8 | In the next room, use a Keese Echo to get to the higher platforms on the other side. Fly into the air vents to help lift you further off the ground. |
9 | Use a lava rock Echo to cross the lava in this elevated area. At the top right part of this area, place a lava rock on the rising pillar of lava, so that you can use it as an elevator. Head up into the next room. |
10 | In the sidescrolling section, create lava rock Echoes to use as platforms. Use Bind to move around the natural lava rocks in the environment to help you get through the longer lava section. At the leftmost part of this room, open the chest containing 50 Rupees. |
11 | Place a lava rock on the highest lava pillar in this sidescrolling area, then ride it all the way up to the top. Climb the ladder into the next room. |

After crossing the bridge, you'll enter a cutscene where Darston will break the boulder blocking the way. Once the way is open, proceed to enter the area containing the rift entrance. Go through the rift to reach the entrance to the Eldin Temple.

Go through the Eldin Temple dungeon in order to get Din's Sanction and a Heart Container.

How to Complete | |
---|---|
1 | Go north from Hyrule Castle Town to the quest marker and find a blocked entrance leading to Hebra Mountain Passage. Unblock the entrance using a bomb to break the obstacle. |
2 | Head inside and get through the sidescrolling section to reach the exit. Reverse-bind onto the bats to fly around and use bombs to break the stone blocks in the way. |
3 | For the upper level of the section, climb up using the walls and pull the large boulder blocking the elevator out of the way to reach the exit. |
4 | Exit the cave to arrive in Hebra Mountain which will trigger a short cutscene showing the rifts around the area. You'll also start the main quest,Rift on Holy Mount Lanayru. Be sure to activate the waypoint just to the left of the cave exit.

5 | Explore ahead and find Conde along the path lying on the snow. Talk to him and he will lead you to his house for warmth. Follow Conde to his house and activate another waypoint along the way. |
6 | Talk to Conde after arriving at his house and he will tell you about his big brother. Leave the house and enter the cave just to the right of Conde's house. |
7 | Use fire echoes to melt the ice and burn the crates which will reveal passageways to other rooms. Head three rooms up north to find Conde trying to fill the rift with snow. Talk to him and he'll refuse to stop fixing the rifts. |
8 | From the previous room, enter the room to the left to find a spot for Tri to open the rift entrance to Stilled Hebra Mountain Cave. ▶︎ Rift: Stilled Hebra Mountain Cave |
9 | After mending the rift, head back to the room where you last saw Conde filling the rift with snow. A cutscene will start and he will leave shortly. With the rift gone, you'll find a passage with a ladder going up. |
10 | Climb up the ladder and get through the sidescrolling section. Use fire echoes such as the Torch Slug to melt the blocks of ice in the way. You'll find a chest containing a monster stone in the upper level right next to where the snowball falls. You may also learn the echo to summon snowballs here. |
11 | Exit through the ladder at the end and you'll reach Hebra Mountain. Be sure to activate the waypoint just to the left of the cave exit. |
12 | From the cave exit, head right to defeat and learn the echo for the Ice Wizzrobe found in the area. The Ice Wizzrobe is a strong echo for combat and almost mandatory to finish the quest. |
13 | After obtaining the Ice Wizzrobe echo, head back to the cave exit and go south. Jump between the small landmasses to reach a Heart Container then head north from the part with the waterfall to find a cave entrance. |
14 | Enter the cave and navigate your way up the rooms using echoes such as the bed and flying tile to get through the obstacles. At the end of the second room, go left and defeat the monster to unlock the other passages. |
15 | Head to the left room and melt all the ice blocks to reveal a chest containing six monster guts. After which, head back to the previous room and go to the room up north. Defeat the Freezards to learn their echo and unlock the door to the left. |
16 | From here, head two rooms left while defeating the monsters in your way. Climb the ladder up in the last room to enter another sidescrolling section. |
17 | Get through the section using your fire echoes to defend yourself from the falling ice stalactites and monsters. Reach the ladder at the end and climb up to exit the cave. |
18 | Exit the cave and get through the area with monsters and rolling snowballs. On your way to the top, you'll see a cutescene with Conde and his brother. Be sure to activate the waypoint next to them. |
19 | Head to the northeastern part of the area to find another cave with a ladder going up the mountain leading into another sidescrolling section. |
20 | Get through the cave by using the walls to avoid the snowballs or use your echoes to destroy them. You can go to the left of where the snowballs fall to find a chest containing four monster fangs. Climb the ladder at the end to find two Temper Tweelus bathing in the water just before the cave exit. |
21 | Head for the cave exit and you'll find yourself at the top of Hebra Mountain. A cutscene will play with both Conde and his brother. Be sure to activate the waypoint right next to the cave exit. |

How to Complete | |

1 | Start from Hyrule Castle town and travel to the east side of the map to reach Faron Wetlands. The main quest, A Rift in the Faron Wetlands, will activate once you reach the region.

2 | Travel to the northeastern side where the rift is located on the map to reach The Sweet Spot. You will need a membership card to enter the building. |
3 | From The Sweet Spot, head south towards the location indicated by a drawing of a Deku Scrub. |
5 | You might have to pass through a cave surrounded by water that contains 3 blue fish enemies. Exit the cave on the other side and continue east to find a staircase surrounded by two lit torches. Head up the stairs and head right and activate the waypoint. Approach the three Deku Scrubs to activate a cutscene. |

Interact with the rift opening and enter it to reach Stilled Blossu's House.

7 | Use Bind towards the key that the Deku Scrub dropped to obtain it. Use it to unlock the jail cell. Head north and enter the door on the left side. |
8 | Sneak past all the guards in this room by hiding inside the pot and moving around without getting detected to go to the next room. In the next room, use Bind on the objects around to reach the door on the right corner. |
9 | The Deku Scrub on this room will hand over the Tri Rod, allowing you to use your Echoes once again. Activate the blue eye and unlock the door on the north side. |
10 | Enter the room on the right side and a cutscene will play. Use a Water Block to reach the elevated rock to sneak past the two Deku Scrubs. Use a Flying Tile Echo to bypass the rest of the sneaking segment and run towards the next room on the right side. |
11 | Jump into the well to enter a sidescrolling area. Once you emerge from the ladder on the opposite side of the sidescrolling area, Blossu will speak to you and hand over The Sweet Spot Membership Card. |

Head back to The Sweet Spot and enter inside the building. Defeat the enemies and enter the rift leading to the Stilled Faron Wetlands.

Navigate around the Stilled Faron Wetlands to reach the entrance of the Faron Temple.

After mending all the rifts from Eldin, Hebra, and Faron regions, you will receive a new quest called Rescuing the Hero Link.
How to Complete | |
---|---|
1 | From Hyrule Castle, head northwest until you reach a waypoint that leads to a forest with blue fog. |
2 | Once you enter the Eternal Forest, the minimap becomes unusual. Head to the right side first to reach a dead end then head back and turn left to find 3 guards in front of a headstone. |
3 | After the cutscene ends, inspect the gravestone. This causes the gravestone to rise up, spawns a floating orb on the left side. Use the Tri Rod on the orb to learn the Ancient-Orb Echo. |
4 | Spawn an Ancient-Orb Echo and place it on the pedestal south of the gravestone. |
5 | Head to the southwest corner from the gravestone to find the second pedestal south on top of a terrain with the blue Sword Moblin. Place an Ancient-Orb Echo on top of it. You may need to use Bind to place the orb on the pedestal for it to activate. |
6 | Head northeast from the second pedestal and find the yellow Deku Baba. Defeat it to uncover the third pedestal. Place an Ancient-Orb Echo on it to activate it. |
7 | Head southeast from the third pedestal to find the fourth pedestal near a large tree. Place an Ancient-Orb on it to activate it. |
8 | Head east from the fourth pedestal to find the fifth pedestal at a corner. Place an Ancient-Orb on it to activate it. |
9 | Head north from the fifth pedestal to find the sixth pedestal in an area with a tree stump and an armadillo enemy. Find the sixth pedestal on an elevated area and place an Ancient-Orb on it. |
10 | Go back to the large gravestone and interact with it to create a new pathway. Head north and talk to the Deku Tree and enter the Ancient Ruins. |
11 | Head north and watch the cutscene that plays out. Interact with the glowing yellow triangle after to enter the Stilled Ancient Ruins.

12 | Make your way through the Stilled Ancient Ruins and defeat Impostor Zelda. Free Link using the Bow from Swordfighter Form. |
Before speaking to Link, make sure to have some Damage Reduction Smoothies, such as the Golden Tough Smoothie ready, as you will enter the last dungeon and face the final boss.

1 | Talk to Link to give his weapons back. Tri will ask another confirmation if you want to enter the rift inside as this is a point of no return. Select "I'm ready". |

Navigate inside the dungeon and help Link during the puzzle solving segments. Have him help you with defeating groups of enemies.
