Complete the Lands of the Goddesses

How to Complete
1 In order to update your progress on this main quest, you need to mend all of the rifts and complete the Lands of the Goddesses main quest. From there, you will receive a quest update notification giving you a clue to find Link at an ancient forest guarded by a sacred tree.

Head to the Eternal Forest Northwest of Hyrule Castle

How to Complete
1 From Hyrule Castle, head northwest until you reach a waypoint that leads to a forest with blue fog.
2 Once you enter the Eternal Forest, the minimap becomes unusual. Head to the right side first to reach a dead end then head back and turn left to find 3 guards in front of a headstone.
3 After the cutscene ends, inspect the gravestone. This causes the gravestone to rise up, spawns a floating orb on the left side, and activates The Prime Energy and Null main quest. Use the Tri Rod on the orb to learn the Ancient-Orb Echo.

Place the Six Ancient Orbs

How to Complete
1 Spawn an Ancient-Orb Echo and place it on the pedestal south of the gravestone.
2 Head to the southwest corner from the gravestone to find the second pedestal south on top of a terrain with the blue Sword Moblin. Place an Ancient-Orb Echo on top of it. You may need to use Bind to place the orb on the pedestal for it to activate.
3 Head northeast from the second pedestal and find the yellow Deku Baba. Defeat it to uncover the third pedestal. Place an Ancient-Orb Echo on it to activate it.
3 Head southeast from the third pedestal to find the fourth pedestal near a large tree. Place an Ancient-Orb on it to activate it.
4 Head east from the fourth pedestal to find the fifth pedestal at a corner. Place an Ancient-Orb on it to activate it.
5 Head north from the fifth pedestal to find the sixth pedestal in an area with a tree stump and an armadillo enemy. Find the sixth pedestal on an elevated area and place an Ancient-Orb on it.
6 Go back to the large gravestone and interact with it to create a new pathway. Head north and talk to the Deku Tree and enter the Ancient Ruins.

Enter the Ancient Ruins

How to Complete
1 Head north and watch the cutscene that plays out. Interact with the glowing yellow triangle after to enter the Stilled Ancient Ruins.

Defeat Impostor Zelda

How to Complete
1 Impostor Zelda uses Echoes to spawn enemies to attack. You can spawn a Fire Wizzrobe to defeat these enemies and switch to Swordfighter Form to attack the impostor directly. After a few hits, the boss will get stunned in place allowing you to get free hits before recovering.
2 At the second phase of the fight, Impostor Zelda will spawn 5 enemies that will chase after you. Use an Ice Wizzrobe to freeze them in place and attack them directly using Swordfighter Form. Attack the impostor once again to stun her in place, allowing you to get free hits before she recovers.
3 At the third phase, the boss will spawn 2 Lizalfos, 2 one-eyed scorpion enemies, and 2 Darknuts. Avoid attacking this group directly and use an Ice Wizzrobe or Electro Wizzrobe to distract them. Use the bow and arrow from Swordfighter Form to attack the group or Impostor Zelda from afar. Attack Impostor Zelda once she is stunned to defeat her.
4 After defeating the boss, activate Swordfighter Form and use the bow and arrow to destroy the crystal to free Link.

Use the Elemental Wizzrobes as Support

Impostor Zelda uses Echoes to spawn groups of enemies to attack for her. You can counter this by spawning any of the elemental Wizzrobes as a distraction. The Ice Wizzrobe is recommended as it can freeze the enemies for a short period of time.

Use the Bow and Arrow from Swordfighter Form to Attack Directly

Once you have spawned an elemental Wizzrobe, you can activate Swordfighter Form and use the bow and arrow to attack the Impostor Zelda directly.

After hitting the impostor multiple times, she will go down on the ground and will be stunned temporarily. Use this opportunity to attack once again. Do this three times for each phase of the fight to defeat the boss.
