Escape Hyrule Castle Jail

	Escape Hyrule Castle Jail Objectives
1	Progress through the Prologue until Zelda meets Impa for the second time at Hyrule Castle Jail. ▶︎ Prologue Walkthrough
1	After learning the Hyrule Castle Pot Echo, you'll meet Impa for the second time in the next room. Obtain the log notebook and the disguise. The Mysterious Rifts main quest also gets unlocked after the cutscene ends in the next room.
2	Learn the Decorative Shrub Echo to create platforms to reach the shelves, then learn the Old Bed Echo and stack them to create a staircase leading to the exit.
3	Enter the well on the left side to enter a sidescrolling area, and use the echoes you've learned to reach the high ledge.
4	Learn the Boulder Echo and use it as a weight push the boulder into the water. Use the Boulder Echo and place it on top of the three crates for them to submerge down into the water. Swim up to exit the sidescrolling area.
5	Once the rift appears, run away from the rift and drop down on the water on the right.

Reach the House South of Hyrule Castle

	Reach the House South of Hyrule Castle Objectives
1	Learn the Rock Echo and head to the right side to reach the exit.
2	On your first enemy encounter, lift the rock, lock on the enemy by pressing the ZL button, and throw it towards the Zol slime to defeat it. Learn the Zol Echo to use it as an ally.
3	Head to the right side of the area and reach the tall rock platform that contains rocks and sea urchins. Lift up the rock and throw it at the sea urchins to defeat them and learn the Sea Urchin Echo. This is optional, but there is a Piece of Heart on top of a platform at the bottom left side of the area. Stand on the platform across, and stack your echoes to cross and collect the Piece of Heart.
4	Head down to the two red ladders and use the rock to defeat Keese enemies and learn the Keese Echo.
5	Keep going to the right and climb up the ladder to reach the exit. An optional route contains another Piece of Heart. To get to it, use the Old Bed Echo to get to a higher platform, then use the Sea Urchin Echo to break the three stacked boxes and reach the Piece of Heart.
6	Continue heading right until you reach a small village called Suthorn Village. Learn the Trampoline Echo in front of the well, and Pot Echo inside one of the houses. From there, head northeast and reach the first Waypoint.
7	Learn the Sign Echo beside the first waypoint, then head right to enter the forest part and head northwest until you reach an area and the house covered by the rift.

Head to Suthorn Ruins

	Reach the House South of Hyrule Castle Objectives
1	Head east until you reach a small camp with three Spear Moblins. Use the Bed Echo to create a staircase leading to the brown treasure chest that contains 10 Refreshing Grapes.
2	Continue heading east until you reach the second Waypoint. Head north from that Waypoint to find the entrance to the rift. ▶︎ Suthorn Ruins Walkthrough

Main Quest Progression

Completing The Mysterious Rifts quest unlocks the next set of main quests for you to take on. It is recommended to head west towards the Gerudo region to start A Rift in the Gerudo Desert.
