The Flying Tile Quest Walkthrough

How to Unlock The Flying Tile

Talk to Tormali in the Oasis

Go to the Oasis and speak with Tormali in front of the Tough Mango Plant Lab.

Summon a Flying Tile Echo

After accepting the quest, you can just summon a Flying Tile Echo in front of Tormali to immediately complete the quest.

How to Find the Flying Tile

Gerudo Sanctum

You can find a Flying Tile in the Gerudo Sanctum as part of the A Rift in the Gerudo Desert main quest. The room with the Flying Tiles is located on the second floor of the dungeon.

Head left, where you'll find yourself getting attacked by Flying Tiles. Immediately interact with the nearest glowing tile on the ground if you need to learn its Echo before summoning summon a Boulder Echo to shield yourself.

A Rift in the Gerudo Desert Walkthrough

Cave North of Gerudo Town

Another location to find a Flying Tile is in a cave north of Gerudo Town. If you visit before starting the Still Missing main quest, it will be a regular cave without any of the Still World elements. Otherwise, it becomes part of the Stilled Northern Gerudo Desert.

Regardless of when you visit, Flying Tiles will attack you in the first room of the cave. Immediately interact with the nearest glowing tile on the ground if you need to learn it's Echo, and then summon a Boulder Echo to shield yourself from the rest of the incoming tiles.

The Flying Tile Rewards

50 Rupees

You'll receive 50 Rupees as a reward for this quest. Rupees are valuable currency used to buy ingredients, equipment, armor, weapons, and upgrades!

Flying Tile Echo

Flying Tile	Description
	This magical floor tile flies at any who come near. If you stand on top of it, you can briefly fly with it.

During the quest, you can acquire the Echo for the Flying Tile. Interact with one of the glowing tiles located in the room on the left at the second floor of the Gerudo Sanctum.

Take note that you can obtain the Flying Tile Echo even without doing this side quest.
