| How to Complete | |

| 1 |  Rock-Roast Quarry can be found by heading west of Goron City and following the path going north to a cave with a waypoint just outside. |
| 2 |  Head inside the quarry and a cutscene will play showing Elder Gol and two other Gorons scared and hungry. They need some Rock Roasts for food. |
| 3 |  Start by walking north and jumping over the gap on your left. The Tweelus here can be overwhelemed by a group of monster echoes. |
| 4 |  Continue northeast until you reach the top right corner of the quarry where four rock roasts can be found. |
| 5 |  Choose any of the four rock roasts found here and learn the Rock Roast echo. |
| 6 |  Just down the area where you find the Rock Roasts, you'll find a treasure chest containing rocktatoes and some Tweelus nearby. |
| 7 |  Head back to the Gorons near the entrance, and create an echo of a Rock Roast in front of them. The Goron on the left should eat it and tell you to get more for the others. |

 Elder Gol will only accept a real rock roast, so go back to the upper right corner. Defeat any enemies in your way, so you won't have trouble carrying back a rock roast. |
| 2 |
 Pick up a rock roast, and carry it back to Elder Gol. You can also use Bind to transport it as hand-carrying a rock roast slows you down, unless you're wearing a Goron's Bracelet. |
| 3 |
 Place the rock roast in front of Elder Gol. If the cutscene doesn't play, reposition the rock roast and try to get it as close as possible to the middle of the three Gorons. |
