| 1 |  Make your way north to the island with a ladder on the ground. Climb down to enter the room below. |
| 2 |  In the sidescrolling section, wait for the Platboom enemy to land down on the ground. From there you can activate Swordfighter form to defeat it with a few swings of your sword, or use Bind to keep it in its place and use a Monster Echo like the Sand Piranha to defeat it and learn its Echo. With the path cleared, head left to reach the first set of Tri’s friends. |
| 3 | Climb back up the ladder and head southeast to the island with a rock pillar surrounded by quicksand. Summon a Trampoline Echo and a Platboom Echo to reach the top of the pillar and the second set of Tri's friends. |
| 4 |  Return to the island with the ladder and head north. Use Platboom Echoes to scale tall platforms. The third set of Tri’s friends is located on the island tilted sideways at the upper center of the Rift. |
| 5 |  Head left to find the fourth set of Tri’s friends on top of a tree stump. Use a Trampoline Echo or create a staircase using the Old Bed Echo to climb on top to reach it. |
| 6 |  Head at the eastern side of the map and climb the top of the sideways-tilted island using either the Trampoline, Old Bed, or Platboom Echoes. |
| 7 |  Once at the top, head right and you'll see a small island with a glowing Boulder. You can make a staircase using the Old Bed Echo to reach this area. You can also use the Flying Tile Echo or Water Block Echo for an easier method if you have those. |
| 8 |  Push or use the Bind ability to move the Boulder, revealing the fifth and final set of Tri’s friends. |
