Caromadillos' Revenge mission is available as soon as the Slumber Dojo is unlocked. Select the second mission to initiate the stage.

Use Peahat to Finish Quickly
You can summon the Peahat Echo to clear the enemies quickly as its spinning blade has a wide radius that can hit a lot of enemies around it. You can clear Caromadillos' Revenge under 45 seconds with this method.

Use Roboblin to Slash Multiple Enemies
You can also set up a Roboblin before the gate and wind it up to activate its slash move. Its slash move covers a wide area that can clear most of the enemies on the other side instantly.
Note that it takes a while for the Roboblin to do its slash attack after wind up.

You will obtain 5 Monster Fangs if you clear Caromadillos' Revenge within 1 minute and 10 seconds. However, you will also be rewarded with 3 Refreshing Grapes if you clear the course under 45 seconds.
Note that after your first fast clear, the reward that you will get on the subsequent fast clears will be the same but the amount will be less compared to the first fast clear reward.

I did the fast clear with a Darknut lv. 3. However the old man told me that if I did it 2 more times, he would give me something else. I think I got a piece of heart but I think I get something else though. Also the 2 more times was in red.
