Southern Oasis Ruins Rift gets unlocked while progressing through A Rift in the Gerudo Desert quest, and appears on the quest log after talking to the wounded Gerudo Soldiers near the entrance to Southern Oasis Ruins Rift.

The Southern Oasis Ruins Rift main quest gets unlocked while progressing through A Rift in the Gerudo Desert quest, and appears on the quest log after talking to the wounded Gerudo Soldiers near the entrance to Southern Oasis Ruins.
After completing Southern Oasis Ruins Rift quest, choose between Ancestor's Cave of Rest Rift quest or Southern Gerudo Desert Rift quest to progress the A Rift in the Gerudo Desert quest.
