Stilled Hebra Mountain is located in the Hebra region in Hyrule. The rift that leads to the area unlocks as you progress through the main quest, Rift on Holy Mount Lanayru.

Reach the Stilled Holy Mount Lanayru

 Make your way north, and defeat the Tornando, Rift Spear Moblins, and a Rift Moa with Darknut Lv.2 . Learn the Cloud Echo from the nearby platform, as this will be your primary platforming Echo for this rift. |

 From the platform with the shadow enemies, head left to find a treasure chest that contains a Monster Stone. |
| 3 |
 Go back to the platform near the clouds. Head northwest, and defeat the Ghirros that can blow away your clouds with ranged Echoes such as a Spear Moblin Lv.2 or flying Echoes like the Ice Keese. Find the small cave with a ladder that leads to a sidescroller section. |

 Climb down the ladder and the rock wall and use the Cloud Echo to create platforms to reach the cloud on the opposite side. |
| 5 |
 Defeat the Ghirros, and keep going right to reach a treasure chest that contains 20 Rupees. |
| 6 |
 You can climb up to the upper left platform using Cloud echoes to open a treasure chest containing three Warm Peppers. Use either a Zirro or the Bombs of Might to blow up the breakable blocks sealing the chest. |

 Head right using the Cloud Echo until you reach an area with Freeze Slugs. You may either avoid these enemies or defeat them with ranged Echoes such as the Spear Moblin Lv.2, and climb the narrow rock walls to reach the exit. Activate the nearby waypoint after exiting. ┗ If the Freeze Slugs were defeated, you may exit and reenter the area to learn their Echoes on the climbing wall. |
Reach Lanayru Temple

 Head south and east while avoiding the Ice Keese. Use the Cloud Echo and reach the other floating cloud platforms to make your way up to the large elevated platform. |

 Defeat the Wolfos on the platform, and go left. Enter the cave past the pond with three Ice Octos. |

Use the Cloud Echo to platform towards the chest containing 50 Rupees. Glide down with a flying Echo such as the Albatrawl or Crow to exit the cave. |

 Go back to where you fought the Wolfos, and head right to a platform with sideways trees sticking out. Follow this path to reach a higher elevation of Holy Mount Lanayru and watch out for the Ice Keese along the way. Another Wolfos can be fought once you reach the main mountain platform. |
