Head east from the Suthorn Prairie Waypoint, and you'll find a cave. Enter it and defeat the Ignizol inside before going deeper into the cave. A treasure chest with the Fairy Bottle can be found in the cave's deepest point.
Talk to the woman near Slumber Dojo in Kakariko Village to accept the Cuccos on the Loose side quest. Find five cuccos scattered around the village and return them to the fence behind the woman. She will give you a Fairy Bottle as a reward for completing the quest.

In Seesyde Village, talk to the man on top of the yellow wooden platform to accept The Zappy Shipwreck side quest. Head to the wrecked ship in the southwest part of the sea and defeat the large jellyfish boss inside. The man will give you a Fairy Bottle upon completing the quest.

Stamp Guy will give you a Fairy Bottle after completing your third Stamp Card. Look for a Stamp Pad with stampers across Hyrule to receive a Stamp. Each card requires 5 Stamps to be completed, so you would need 15 Stamps in order to get a Fairy Bottle.
Fairies are magical creatures found in certain areas that immediately restore health upon making contact. By having an empty Fairy Bottle with you, you can approach a fairy to store it in the bottle for later use.
One place with a guaranteed spawn of fairies is the Great Fairy Fountain in Lake Hylia, located east of Suthorn Prairie and north of Suthorn Forest. Swim towards the island at the center of the lake and you will see a cave with a waypoint near the entrance. Enter the Great Fairy Fountain and collect as much fairies as you need for your journey.
The fairies you carry can then be released to activate their healing abilities whenever you need it. Using a fairy's healing power through a Fairy Bottle empties the container, and you will have to capture one again if you need more emergency hearts.
Fairy Bottles can also activate and release their fairies automatically when Zelda runs out of hearts. One Fairy Bottle is emptied each time Zelda is revived before you run out of fairies and finally see the game over screen.
