How to Unlock Finding the Flying Plant

Talk to the Man Located Southwest of Suthorn Village

Talk to the Man standing in front of the house located southwest of Suthorn Village. He will be talking about a giant plant that flies when you converse with him.

Once the dialogue ends, you will begin the Finding the Flying Plant side quest.

Finding the Flying Plant Walkthrough

Summon a Peahat Echo

After accepting the quest, simply summon a Peahat Echo in front of the Man.

Once summoned, the Man will reward you with a Might Crystal, completing the quest.

How to Find the Giant Plant That Flies

Peahat	Description
	A large plant creature that spins its spiky roots to attack. Like most plants, it is vulnerable to fire.

You can find a Peahat in Suthorn Forest. Head east to find a cave marked by two Braziers outside, located just south of the nearest Waypoint to Suthorn Ruins.

To defeat the Peahat, summon a Rock Echo and repeatedly throw it at the giant plant. Alternatively, you can use an Ignizol to set the surrounding grass on fire, which will deal damage to the Peahat over time.
