Talk to the Villagers at Sea Zora Village

How to Complete
1 At Sea Zora Village, talk to the villagers to know where Jabu-Jabu went.
2 After a villager mentions that Jabu-Jabu went up the waterfall, use an echo like Techtite that can get you up the waterfall nearby.

Talk to Kushara at the Top of the Waterfall

How to Complete
1 Talk to Kushara to trigger a cutscene and have Tri create an entrance to the rift.
2 Enter the rift once the cutscene ends.

Explore the Stilled Upper Zora River

How to Complete
1 Explore and collect Tri's fragments within the stilled rift.
2 Talk to Kushara to trigger a cutscene and the main quest will be completed afterwards.

Collect All Five Tri Fragments

How to Complete
1 Get the first Tri Fragment by going to the left side of the map first. Simply dive underwater and interact with the fragment to get it.
2 When stuck, check if there's a climbable surface and use a bug type echo like Crawltula and bind it on the surface to let it crawl and have Zelda hover over terrains.
3 Make your way to the top left of the area, trigger a cutscene, and grab the second fragment there.
4 Enter the cave to the right and clear obstacles in the puzzle room.
5 Eliminate the enemy roaming around near the third fragment and grab it afterwards.
6 Defeat Biri or jellyfish enemies along the way to get the Biri echo.
7 Enter Swordfighter Form and use the Bow to shoot arrows at the jumping spider enemy near the exit to get the fourth fragment.
8 Head outside the cave and go to where three octopus type enemies are waiting.
9 From the tree placed on the river, head southward and let Zelda fall on a pillar. Collect the last fragment to trigger a cutscene and clear the rift.
10 Chaos at River Zora Village main quest gets completed after the cutscene where Kushara plays the harp ends.
