Ancestor's Cave of Rest Rift gets unlocked while progressing through A Rift in the Gerudo Desert quest, and appears on the quest log after talking to the Gerudo Soldier guarding the Ancestor's Cave of Rest.

| 1 | To start the quest, enter the Ancestor's Cave of Rest and trigger a cutscene. The quest will appear on the Quest Log afterwards. |
| 2 | Go to the left side and use Zelda's binding ability to move the boulder and enter the room. |

| 1 | Pull the buried enemies out of the sand by binding them before proceeding to attack. |
| 2 | Defeat Holmills and obtain a Holmill echo. Use the Boomerang Boarblin echo to help you wipe enemies easily. |

| 1 | Go down the ladder and use the Holmill echo to dig through sand. |
| 2 | Follow the path and keep climbing the ladders to the right and exit. |

The Ancestor's Cave of Rest Rift gets unlocked while progressing through A Rift in the Gerudo Desert quest, and appears on the quest log after talking to the Gerudo Soldier inside Ancestor's Cave of Rest.
After completing Ancestor's Cave of Rest Rift quest, choose between Southern Gerudo Desert Rift quest or Southern Oasis Ruins Rift quest to progress the A Rift in the Gerudo Desert quest.
