Light the Torches Inside the Cave

How to Complete

A Rift in the Gerudo Desert rift locations
The Ancestor's Cave of Rest is the rift located northeast of Gerudo Town. The quest will start after approaching the Gerudo inside.

moving a boulder from the doorway
Walk to the left side of the room and move the boulder with Bind to unblock the doorway to the next.

moving a boulder from ladder
Defeat one of the Holmills here to gain their echo, then move the boulder aside to reveal a ladder beneath it.

tunnel to a chest containing a golden egg
You can use a Holmill echo to dig a hole anywhere in the sand, but we recommend making one right on the sand tile in front of the solid platform as it leads to a chest with a Golden Egg.

Exit the room through the northeast ladder to continue.

Light the two torches with a fiery echo like Ignizol to complete the quest.
