The rift leading to Stilled Heart Lake is located in the southwest section of the Faron Wetlands.
You can enter this rift as part of the A Rift in the Faron Wetlands main quest, but this rift is completely optional and is not required to complete the said main quest.

| Rescue Tri's Friends at Stilled Heart Lake Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Head north and use fire-generating echoes, such as the Torch Slug, Brazier, or Firework, to defeat the Deku Baba Lv. 2 and burn the spider web. If you don't have the Deku Baba Lv. 2 echo yet, learn it. Enter the hole covered by the spider web to rescue one of Tri's friends. |
| 2 |  Head right and jump onto the floating trees. Use a Torch Slug to burn the spider web blocking your path. Jump into the hole to rescue another set of Tri's friends. |
| 3 |  Climb up the rock wall to find a third hole covered by a spider web. Use an Ignizol or Torch Slug echo to burn it down. Interact with the dark rift ball inside to rescue more of Tri's friends. |
| 4 |  Head left to find a floating platform. Use the Flying Tile Echo to reach it. Dive into the square hole in the middle of the puddle to enter an underwater sidescroller area. |
| 5 | Swim left to find more of Tri's friends trapped behind a destructible rock near a strong current. Summon a Bombfish Echo, Bind it, and use it to destroy the rock. |
| 6 | To get into this narrow opening despite the current, press the R shoulder button repeatedly to spin in the water as you swim. If you have the Zora's Flippers accessory or a Rapid Smoothie, you can use either of those instead to swim faster without needing to spin. Once you've made it into the small alcove, interact with the dark blob to rescue Tri's friends. |
| 7 |  Swim down, breathe in the bubbles, then go right toward the Bio Deku Baba. To defeat this enemy, summon a Bombfish echo and wait for the Bio Deku Baba to eat it. Rescue the final set of Tri's friends once it's defeated. |
