Each difficulty of the Mango Rush Minigame has a fixed order that the mangoes appear in.
Learning and memorizing this order will let you get into position early to anticipate the growth of the Mangoes, do a spin as they sprout, and quickly head to the next spot.
You'll generally be using spin to harvest mangoes in Mango Rush. Time your spins and use it just as a crop of mangoes pops out in the field. Avoid spamming spins, as it can cause you to lose momentum and miss where new mangoes are appearing.
Dancing Outfit | Effect: Increases your spin radius |
---|
Completing Mango Rush on the hardest difficulty, or using Ultimate Seeds, rewards you with the Dancing Outfit, which increases your spin area and expands your harvesting range.
Additionally, repeatedly completing Mango Rush is an effective way to farm Rupees. Play the hardest difficulty as many times as you'd like and sell the Tough Mangoes you collect at shops for profit.
Mangoes will also spawn on elevated fields in the upper corners of the room, requiring some platforming to reach. At the start of Mango Rush, summon two Table Echoes on each side to quickly jump between the elevated fields.
Table Echo Location and How to Get
Frog Ring | Effect: Jump Height Up |
---|
This strategy eliminates the need to summon Table Echoes, saving you 2▼. Simply equip the Frog Ring accessory to be able to jump between the elevated fields. The Frog Ring can be found in a treasure chest located at one of the dungeon rooms in Hyrule Castle.
