Talk to Bempu, a Deku Scrub with a mohawk who is drinking a smoothie in Scrubton.
This side quest is only available after completing A Rift in the Faron Wetlands main quest.
A Rift in the Faron Wetlands Walkthrough

| 1 |  Bempu's first hiding location is in front of the Smoothie Shop in Scrubton. Use Bind to pull out the red plant right in front of the shop entrance. |
| 2 |  Next, he'll hide near the heart-shaped lake in the southwest part of the Faron Wetlands. Pull out the red plant next to the big flower towards the upper left of the lake. |
| 3 |  His third hiding place is in the middle of the square west of The Sweet Spot and north of the Deku Scrub Lockup. This is the area with four Deku Scrub statues. Warp to Scrubton, since this is the closest waypoint, then make your way northwest. |
| 4 |  Bempu's final hiding spot is located near Blossu's House. Warp to the southeastern-most waypoint, and you should be able to find Bempu's tuft of hair by walking a little to the right. |
