The rift leading to Stilled Goron City can be found inside Goron City at Eldin Volcano. Climb up Eldin Volcano until you meet a Goron who needs help. He'll then enter a large building that houses Goron City and show you the rift entrance.
Going through Stilled Goron City is required for The Rift on Eldin Volcano main quest.

| 1 | Go to the large platform at the bottom left. |
| 2 | Climb and jump your way to the high platform on the upper right. |
| 3 | Collect the blob on the circular platform with target markings at the top. |
| 4 | Go inside the large Goron statue. Use either a Zirro Echo (which can be obtained in this rift) or a Bombfish Echo to destroy the breakable rocks until you reach the blob of Tri's friends at the bottom. |
