How to Complete
1
Head to Goron City up in Eldin Volcano to find the fireworks artisan, Basa. He will be inside the top right room. Talk to Basa and he'll ask you to find blastpowder soil to make fireworks.
2
Leave Goron City and go as high as you can up on Eldin Volcano to find golden flowers which indicate blastpowder soil. You can find this around the northwestern part of Eldin Volcano. Use echoes to scale cliffsides.
3
Gather the blastpowder soil from the area with golden flowers. The blastpowder soil will be on the glimmering spot on the ground.
4
Return the blastpowder soil to Basa in Goron City and a cutscene will play to show his fireworks. Afterwards, make sure to interact with the fireworks in front of Basa to learn the fireworks echo.
