4 | Upon going back to the surface, Zelda's horse still hasn't appeared. Pull out a carrot using Bind to get its attention. |
5 | The white horse should be available to you upon completing the quest. Before you leave the area, make sure to pull out another carrot so that you can learn the Carrot Echo. |
After completing Impa's Gift, you'll be able to ride the white horse from the ranch. You can also summon this horse using a carrot echo.
You can learn the carrot echo through the Impa's Gift quest. This allows you to summon a horse when used.
Completing Impa's Gift along with the One Soldier Too Many side quest allows you to unlock the From the Heart side quest at Hyrule Castle Town.
From the Heart rewards the Customary Attire, an outfit featuring the classic Zelda appearance.
