To use Joy Medals, open the Exchange screen and click on the Land of Fortune tab. Doing so should show you the available Wonder-exclusive weapons and outfits you can purchase with Joy Medals!
How to Get Joy Medal
Complete Boss or Challenge Events
Generally, you can gain Joy Medals through finishing events with boss or challenge-related content. The higher the difficulty, the more Joy Medals you earn!
