How to Take Suicune 1 Star Photo

Unlock the First Branching Route

To get Suicine to appear at Snowfields (Night), you need to unlock the first Branching Route of the course.

See the table below to learn how to unlock this route needed to find Suicune and get its 1 Star Photo.

1	Start Snowfields (Day) at Reseach Level 2. From the starting point, look to your left to find a Sandslash and take a photo of it.
2	Follow the Sandslash's trail and take a photo of it on a hill just above the Beartic and Cubchoo.
3	Look to your right and wait for Sandslash to reappear again. After it digs through the snow, run a scan to head through the snow and reveal the first Branching Route.
4	After unlocking this Branching Route, start Snowfields (Night) and set the Research Level to 2. Follow the same route leading through a snow.
5	Throw an Illumina Orb at the Crabominable and wait for it to wake up the Abomasnow.
6	After the Abomasnow wakes up, look above and take a photo of Froslass as soon as it appears.
7	Run a scan and take the second Branching Route to head through the snow.
8	Throw an Illumina Orb at the Jynx found above the Avalugg. Aim high to throw the orb at a long distance.
9	Look to your right and wait for Suicune to appear. Take a photo of it running to get its 1 Star Photo.

How to Take Suicune 2 Star Photo

Fluffruit Lover

Taking a 2 Star Photo of Suicune requires some extra steps. You need to throw an Illumina Orb at it as it growls at a Delibird and throw a Fluffruit on the ground after it casts a blizzard.

1	After unlocking the Branching Route, start Snowfields (Night) and set the Research Level to 2. Follow the same route leading through a snow.
2	Throw an Illumina Orb at the Crabominable and wait for it to wake up the Abomasnow.
3	After the Abomasnow wakes up, look above and take a photo of Froslass as soon as it appears.
4	Run a scan and take the second Branching Route to head through the snow.
5	Throw an Illumina Orb at the Jynx found above the Avalugg. Aim high to throw the orb at a long distance.
6	Look to your right and wait for Suicune to appear. Throw an Illumina Orb at it.
7	Wait for Suicune to stop near a Delibird. Throw an Illumina Orb at it and wait until the the Pokemon stops the casting blizzard.
8	Once Suicune stops casting the blizzard, throw a Fluffruit on the ground. Take a photo of it reacting to the Fluffruit to get its 2 Star Photo.

How to Take Suicune 3 Star Photo

Growling at Delibird

To get a 3 Star Photo of Suicune, you need to follow the same steps when getting its 1 Star Photo. As soon as the Pokemon appears, throw an Illumina Orb at it and wait for it to growl at a Delibird.

How to Take Suicune 4 Star Photo

Taking a 4 Star Photo of Suicune requires following the same steps when taking its 2 Star Photo. You need to throw an Illumina Orb at the Pokemon while it is growling at a Delibird and take a photo of it as it casts Blizzard.

2	Throw an Illumina Orb at the Crabominable and wait for it to wake up the Abomasnow.
3	After the Abomasnow wakes up, look above and take a photo of Froslass as soon as it appears.
4	Run a scan and take the second Branching Route to head through the snow.
5	Throw an Illumina Orb at the Jynx found above the Avalugg. Aim high to throw the orb at a long distance.
6	Look to your right and wait for Suicune to appear. Throw an Illumina Orb at it.
7	Wait for Suicune to stop near a Delibird. Throw an Illumina Orb while it is growling at the Delibird.
8	If done correctly, Suicune will stand up on its hind legs and casts a blizzard. Take a photo of it to achieve 4 Star.
