How to Take Cubchoo 1 Star Photo

In the first area of Snowfields (Day) at Research Level 1, you can find a pair of Cubchoo walking on the snow. Once they see the player, they will start running behind a tree. Toss a few Fluffruit in front of the tree to lure the Cubchoo out and wait for one of them to sit. Take a photo of the sitting Cubchoo to get a 1 Star photo.

How to Take Cubchoo 2 Star Photo

Cubchoo Rejoices

After following the steps to take Cubchoo's 4 Star Photo, you can take a 2 Star photo immediately afterward. Once Beartic places Cubchoo down on the ground, it will start to jump in glee. Take a photo of Cubchoo as it celebrates its freedom.

How to Take Cubchoo 3 Star Photo

Snowfield Hide-and-Seek

To take a 3 Star photo of Cubchoo, you have to reveal the Cubchoo hidden on top of the mound of snow in Research Level 3 of Snowfields (Day). You can make Cubchoo come out by tossing Fluffruit on top of the mound. Take the photo immediately as Cubchoo pops out of the snow.

How to Take Cubchoo 4 Star Photo

Beartic Picking Up Cubchoo

You can take a 4 Star photo of Cubchoo by following the same steps as its 3 Star photo, but make sure to reveal Cubchoo before Beartic passes the snow mound so that it could see the Cubchoo and pick it up. As Beartic passes, it will stop and pick up Cubchoo off the mound. Take the photo as Beartic is lifting Cubchoo.

Actually they're both wrong. It's Daytime Level 3, not Nighttime.

The list of locations only mentions the night course at level 2, but the actual instructions mention the night course at level 3... Which is it?
