You can take a 1 Star photo of Delibird by capturing a photo of the Pokemon while it is walking or standing still. The best location to take this photo is near the end of the Snowfields (Night) course after taking the two alternate routes. You can take a close-up photo of Delibird as it is leading the line of Piplup and Snom.

At Research Level 2 of Snowfields (Night), you find Delibird inside a hole in the cave. Lure it out with Fluffruit and take a photo of the moment it happily emerges out of the hole.

You can take a 3 Star photo of Delibird in the same spot as its 2 Star photo. After luring Delibird out of the hole, toss another Fluffruit right beside it. Delibird will pick up the Fluffruit and place it into its sack. Take the photo right as Delibird places the fruit into the sack.
