The best IVs for Wolt are +Spd and -HP. Wolt's kit is all about trying to outspeed the enemy to score deadly follow-up attacks. A +Spd IV helps his kit in outspeeding even the fastest of units. His HP is of less importance so it is safe to take as a superbane.

How to Use, Explanation

This build uses the recoil from Atk/Spd Push 4 to activate Desperation and allow consecutive attacks for future engagements. Make sure to keep the unit alive after the first combat since they will be in exploitable HP ranges! You can also use Ardent Sacrfice to get into Desperation range depending on the circumstance.

How to Use, Explanation

This build utilizes Wolt's offensive stat spread to provide chip damage against bulky units that defend the enemy team. Firesweep Bow+ allows Wolt to attack without fear of retaliation, and Atk/Spd Solo 4 boosts his offensive stats for a higher chance of follow-up attacks and more damage. The rest of his kit is filled with out-of-combat damage skills to help wear downhis enemies should they survive one round of combat with him.

Wolt is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Wolt Strengths

Atk/Spd bonus if foe is inflicted with debuffs

Big Catch Bow+ grants +5 Atk/Spd to Wolt if any penalty is currently active on foe. It works well with Chill Spd 3 as it is a debuff that is always active on the map. This means that Wolt can adapt to a playstyle that has him hunting down the unit inflicted with Chill Spd 3. However, relying on a single debuff for Big Catch Bow's effect is not ideal. Consider pairing Wolt with units that have debuffs that are easy to apply such as dagger users.

Large bonus to offensive stats when HP is below 80％

Wolt's default A skill Brazen Atk/Spd will give him Atk +9 Spd +10 when his HP gets below 80%. This gives him a significant boost in offensive capability, meaning that when a foe initiates combat and triggers this skill, he can deal a ton of damage and turn the tables when counterattacking.

Wolt takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take him/her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
