When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Legendary Hinoka are +Spd and -Def. Boosting Hinoka's Spd improves her potential to create follow-up attacks as well as maximize her chances of winning the Spd check of Fujin-Raijin Yumi.
Legendary Hinoka's defensive stats are below average; one hit from any halfway decent attacker should be enough to bring her down. Any of her defensive stats can be safely taken as a bane; we recommend Def due to her status as a ranged hero.
We recommend +Spd when merging up Legendary Hinoka to +10 for similar reasons above. Maximizing her Spd improves her performance the most.

Legendary Hinoka's base kit is already quite good, allowing her to function as both an offensive and a supportive unit. Blade Session is used due to Hinoka's terrible bulk - she will be knocked out in one hit anyway and boosting defenses is a waste.

Legendary Hinoka is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Legendary Hinoka's Fujin-Raijin Yumi has multiple effects that make her a formidable offensive unit on the battlefield.

Legendary Hinoka also has an exclusive C skill in Rallying Cry. This skill grants multiple buffs to herself and her allies and inflicts debuffs onto multiple foes.

This skill grants the positive effects to herself and her allies directly; Legendary Hinoka does not need to be nearby when her allies attack. This is perfect to combat effects like Embla's Severance which turns off effects of skills from allies.
Rallying Cry makes Legendary Hinoka a versatile unit capable of defeating enemies and aiding her allies through support effects.
Legendary Hinoka's defensive stats aren't very good, at only base 40 HP, base 23 Def, and base 22 Res.
She is very prone to getting knocked out by any decent attacker in the game. Keep her away from the action and only approach with her when the coast is clear.
As a flying unit, Legendary Hinoka takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Pair up with a unit that can draw her out of danger and you get probably one of (if not THE) best Bow units in general. Being able to move 3 spaces when Skills activate plus Canto (1) afterwards AND a repositioning ally has her 1-Shotting most of her targets and retreating to a safe zone.
