When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Ninja Reina are +Spd and -Def. Reina's Spd is quite high at base 45, and boosting it allows her to keep up with the fastest metagame units.
Her Def is her least important stat and is a safe bane to take.
We recommend +Spd when merging Ninja Reina up to +10 to ensure she can at least remain competitive in Spd against all the fast metagame heroes.

Ninja Reina's base kit works well on a budget. A/D Far Trace 3 is available through Divine Codes; if on a tight budget, this can be replaced. Options for offensive fliers are scarce though.

Ninja Reina is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Ninja Reina's inheritable weapon Kumo Yumi+ allows warping to any space adjacent to a nearby ally, attacks twice if Reina initiates combat, and grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 during combat.
While not exactly the most stacked weapon, Kumo Yumi+ has enough effects to be a reliable source of offense.
Ninja Reina suffers from not having any unique skills to call her own, making her unable to stand out amongst other units.
Bow Flying units are quite abundant in the game, and lacking an exclusive weapon makes Ninja Reina replaceable by better units.
As a flying unit, Ninja Reina takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
