This is a guide to completing Seafloor Roar, a request in New Pokemon Snap (Pokemon Snap 2) for the Nintendo Switch. Here you can find what kind of photo you need, and how to take it, in order to clear Seafloor Roar, as well as the reward!

Undersea Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
How to Clear Seafloor Roar
1. Head to the First Alternate Route
Start Undersea at Research Level 3 and take the first alternate route.
2. Throw an Illumina Orb at the Lanturn
Wait until you reach the deep sea valley and throw an Illumina Orb at the Lanturn that appears.
If the Lanturn swims up and follows the other Pokemon swimming upwards, restart the course and try again.
3. Turn towards the Two Frillish
Turn towards the two Frillish and wait until a Wailord appears and blocks your view.
4. Rescue the Lanturn
Throw an Illumina Orb at the Lanturn to rescue it from the two Frillish.
5. Take the Second Alternate Route
Follow the Lanturn as it swims down to the seafloor and leads you to another Alternate Route.
6. Throw Illumina Orbs at the Two Crystabloom

Look to your right to find Lugia sleeping on an elevated platform. Throw an Illumina Orb at the first Crystabloom next to it.
Throw Illumina Orbs behind Lugia to light up the second Crystabloom next to a Magikarp.
7. Throw Fluffruits at Lugia
When all Crystablooms are illuminated, Lugia wakes up and swims towards the ruins area. Throw a lot of Fluffruits at this point before it disappears from your view.
8. Throw Fluffruits at It Again
Turn towards the area with the Lanturn on the left and the Golisopod on the right. Lugia will reappear in the middle of this area and you have to throw another batch of Fluffruits at it for the second time.
9. Look Behind to See If Luiga Twirls
Look behind to see if Lugia twirls around as it swims to the other side. This lets you know if you have successfully thrown the Fluffruits at it two times.
If Lugia does not twirl around at this point, restart the course and try again.
10. Wait for Lugia to Roar
Wait for Lugia to swim towards the ruined platform and let out a roar. Take a photo of it roaring to complete the request.
