How to Clear A Ring of Bubbles

Throw an Illumina Orb at Alomomola and Luvdisc

To the left after the starting point of Undersea, you will see an Alomomola and a couple Luvdisc swimming around. Throw an Illumina orb at the Alomomola and the closer Luvdisc.

Snap a Photo of the Underwater Friends

After getting the Illumina glow, Alomomola and Luvdisc will interact. Luvdisc will go below Alomomola, then Alomomola will blow bubble rings around Luvdisc. Snap a photo of the two Pokemon, but the request is fulfilled under Alomomola.

Alternate Option: Throw an Illumina Orb at Alomomola and Finneon

For what it's worth, the second Pokemon doesn't have to be Luvdisc--I found it a lot easier to trigger it with Finneon instead.
