Yes, Pull For Buff-Heavy Team Compositions
Rustica is a versatile Amber buffer, offering offensive and defensive capabilities. She enhances allies with buffs, increasing their HP Drain and ATK while dealing damage. Her passives provide a substantial shield and reduce the damage she takes, making her resilient. However, her effectiveness is highly dependent on having buffed allies, and some skills have conditional activation and cooldowns, which can be limiting. Overall, Rustica can be a strong pull for teams focused on buffing strategies but may be less appealing for those preferring straightforward abilities.
Try to Get Multiple Copies
Rustica is a buffer and sub-DPS with many useful buffs to give her team. If you want to utilize her HP Drain, she's good to awaken to SR+, but if you want to use her [Shield], you may want to get her to UR and equip her Unique Weapon to increase the size of her [Shield] to 400% of her ATK and 800% if her target is an Amber ally.
Good for Tower
Rustica is good to be with an Amber team, as many of the Amber characters are buffers like Primavera, Tama, Winter Amour, and Asahi. She can help attackers like Summer Amleth and Tainted Iris clear out tower stages quickly.
Versatile Buffs and Debuffs
Rustica has active skills that increase HP Drain and ATK. "Sanguine Mist" increases the HP Drain of the ally with the most buffs, enhancing their survivability. The physical attacks significantly damage up to 580% of her ATK at level 2. "Ashen Wings" increases the ATK of the ally with the most buffs, boosting their damage output. This skill deals up to 740% of her ATK at level 4, making it a powerful offensive tool.
Rustica's skills are designed to enhance allies with the most buffs, making her an excellent addition to teams focusing on buffing strategies.
Strong [Shield] with 8-Turn Duration
Her passive skill, "Golden Azure Mending" provides a shield to herself and the ally with the most buffs, which can absorb substantial damage and up to 150% of her ATK for Amber allies at level 3. This [Shield] lasts for 8 turns, offering long-term protection. This can be good for attackers like Summer Amleth as she can be protected before using her immortality-like buff, making her more durable.
Reduces Damage Passive
Her passive skill "Bluebird Protector" reduces the damage she takes by 75% at the start of battle and can be regranted if conditions are met. This makes her highly resilient, especially in the early stages of a fight.

Many of Rustica's skills depend on having allies with the most buffs. This can be a limitation if your team composition or strategy doesn't focus on buffing. Aside from conditional skills, her passive skill has a cooldown of 8 action phases, which means it can't be used continuously. This can be a drawback in prolonged battles where consistent shielding may be needed.
She is also too dependent on the presence of buffed allies. Without a well-coordinated team, her potential might not be fully realized.
Not For Beginners
As a beginner, you should focus on characters that can help you progress through the Main Quest. You may concentrate on getting Mimi (attacker, debuff) or Primavera ([Buff Immunity] and SPD buff) to be able to progress through the Main Quest.
