Getting Kindling Orbs at the early stages will be slow, but you can maximize the rewards of the game modes to get Kindling Orbs. Read on to learn more about the different game modes that offer Kindling orbs as a reward.

How to Get Kindling Orbs in the Early Game

You may have started strong in MementoMori as a new player after finishing the Start Dash Missions. However, you may hit a Kindling orb wall when you go through Chapter 9 or when your main carry gets awakened to level 100, and the rest of your team needs to level up from level 60 to increase your main carry's level cap. Below are the ways to gather kindling orbs during the early game.

Complete Dailies Regularly

You can always see the login rewards before going to the home screen. Be sure to log in regularly. Consistent logins reward various items, including these valuable orbs. Specifically, log in during Days 7, 14, 21, and 28 for Kindling orbs.

Logging in for 3, 7, 15, and 25 days also grants a Growth Set containing Gold, EXP Orbs, and Kindling Orbs. Furthermore, completing Daily Missions to earn 20 Contribution Medals rewards a Kindling Orb consumable.

Redeem From AFK Reward System

You can passively collect Kindling orbs through the "collection of gold and upgrade materials" in the middle of the home screen called the AFK Reward System. When you prioritize progressing through the Main Quest, especially in the game's early stages, the kindling orbs and gold you can collect increase. Remember to claim these rewards regularly to maximize your gains.

Participate in Trials

While waiting for the passive Kindling Orbs income from the AFK Reward system, you can participate in trials to get the most Kindling Orbs the game offers. With the exception of Cave of Space-Time which has a 48-hour duration, you can participate in selected Trials daily. Do them regularly to maximize your Kindling Orb income. Challenge Room of Beauty at the Temple of Illusions

You can get Kindling Orbs when you challenge the Room of Beauty. The more stars the room has, the more Kindling orbs you get from the room. If you can't take on the room alone, invite your friends or guild members to help you.

Take advantage of the times the Temple of Illusions gives boosted rewards. You can challenge the Temple between 12:30-13:30 and 19:30-20:30 (Server Time).

Clear Floors at the Tower of Infinity

You can get Kindling Orbs when you clear a floor for the first time. You may do this while progressing through the Main Quest.

Dispatch to the Principality of Brook via Fountain of Prayers

Try to send your witches to all quest types (Normal, Team, and Guerilla), specifically to the Principality of Brook ones, so you get Kindling orbs. The missions come randomly, so do Fountain missions as part of your dailies, and always do Brook missions when you encounter them. Raising your Fountain rank increases the amount of orbs you can get from there, too.

Buy From Cave of Space-Time Shop

Only consider this if you already have Cordie or Merlyn on your team. You can buy 100 Kindling Orbs from the Cave of Space-Time Shop for 2500 Space-Time Coins. Again, you would probably want to spend the coins on Cordie or Merlyn dupes, but if you need just a few more kindling orbs to level up, this could be an option.

What Should You Buy at the Shop?

Strive To Reach Main Quest Chapter 11-28

Kindling Orbs should be easier to come by once you unlock the Invocation of Chance after clearing Quest 11-28. You get a Chest of Chance bonus reward for every pull. The Chest of Chance lets you get an 8-hour EXP Orb or Kindling Orb.
