Best Team to Clear Chapter 30
If you have this team or one similar to it, you should be able to clear the entire chapter without issues.

Chapter 30 is more or less a damage check where it's essential for your DPS to deal as much damage as they can. You will not face that many enemies that can steal your witch's buffs, so it's safe to have support units that can buff your DPS like Mertillier and her +65% ATK buff.
If you don't have Mertillier, then you may want to get a second DPS to push through PvE.

When going down the “dual DPS” route, there are two choices (assuming that Cordie is your main DPS). Fia, who can complement Cordie's burst damage with her own ramping damage later on in the fight, and Florence who can deal as much or even more damage than Cordie but suffers from being slower than her and certain enemies.

Since we need to focus on keeping our main DPS alive, Dian will be a perfect support since she can raise your DPS's EVD by 50%, increasing their survivability.

Deal With Soteira Quickly
Try to take down Soteira within the first turn because her second active skill, Look! Up in the Sky!, targets witches with the highest SPD, which will one-shot your DPS especially if it is Cordie.

Supercharge Your DPS's Attacks
In this stage (and later), you may want to use Mertillier to boost your DPS’ damage or employ a second DPS to double your team's overall damage. You need to take care of Arianrhod immediately since she has an AoE attack in her second active skill.

Slot Nina in if You Cannot Outlast Amleth's Invincibility
This team can overpower even a team with Amleth and Soltina in them as long as you get the ATK buff from Mertillier. But in case you can't get through this fight, consider replacing one of these witches with Nina, who can steal Amleth's buff.

Tips and Strategies
Make Sure to Silence the Entire Team if Possible
Lunalynn will give you the biggest advantage in this battle as she can potentially silence the entire enemy team, from whom a single attack can take out a majority of your party.
However, your damage must be high enough to take out all enemies before the Silence wears off. If your DPS fails to do this, Armstrong or Paladea can easily wipe the floor with your team by themselves.
