What is Reforging Gear?

In MementoMori, the reforging feature allows you to alter its gear stats randomly. To access this feature, you must finish Main Quest 9–15.

How to Reforge Gear?

When you reforge gear with Gold, the extra benefits will randomly change. The total number of bonus points will not change; only their distribution will. Distributing points to the character's unique type stat will increase that character's ATK.

When you reforge your weapons, you only use Gold to reforge them. Reforging will change all 4 stats including STR, DEX, MAG, and STA.

Lock Value Using Diamonds

You can check the box to the left of each item once you've determined the best value for your gear. Choose the desired stats carefully until you reach the right value. This can mean high values in stats that will be useful, or even low values in stats that won't be useful. Checked items will remain fixed, and only unchecked ones will change.

The lock function will be unlocked when you reach VIP3. Diamond purchases are required to advance your VIP status.

Should I Reforge My Gear?

Reforge Based on Stats

While we advocate avoiding reforging early in the game because it resets whenever you equip a different piece of gear and does not carry over, reforging is useful when you know that you will be sticking with a specific piece of gear for a good amount of time and want to increase its stats. This most likely will be gear you get from level 180+.

You can boost your attack power by reforging gear following your character type. Its power will only be impacted if the types and equipment are matched.
