Equip Myrlennia with MAG runes to boost her main stat, increasing damage and debuff effectiveness, essential for Dissociation and Fae Ray. Debuff ACC runes help her land Decreased M.DEF stacks more reliably, which is important in PvP since enemies often resist debuffs. Without these, her ability to amplify damage is less effective. SPD runes let her act faster and build up more stacks. For defense, use HP and STA runes to help her survive long enough to gain [Fairies] stacks.

Primavera makes sure the team acts first. Summer Amleth and Myrlennia both get stronger each turn. Treasured Fenrir speeds this up by giving [Secret Ingredient] stacks. By turn 7, the team becomes very hard to stop. Treasured Fenrir also provides strong healing and Crit RES early on, which helps prevent attackers from being knocked out in the first two rounds.

This team works well because of its strong compatibility and the soul bonus from using only Amber Soul characters. However, it can struggle if enemies get past Summer Amleth’s Immortality or remove buffs early.

Surviving the Early Game

Myrlennia’s skills get stronger the more she uses them, as shown by the 3rd or 4th activation in their descriptions. In the early game (turns 1-4), she applies debuffs and deals small amounts of damage. After turn 5, her damage almost doubles, and she can break through shields. Make sure she survives long enough to reach this point, or her potential will go unused if the fight ends too soon.

Amber Soul Requirement

Her passive, An Oppressed Gift, gives her 1 [Fairies] stack each turn, so it takes 30 turns to reach the maximum. If you have two other Amber Soul allies, she gets 2 stacks per turn, cutting the time in half. Never use Myrlennia by herself. Always check your other characters’ soul types. Without two Amber teammates, she grows too slowly to be effective.

Unique Weapon is Mandatory

If you want to use Myrlennia seriously, you need her Unique weapon, Fairy Haven, for its shield buff. Getting this weapon boosts her shield from average to 1000% of her ATK. She becomes very hard to take down and can survive long enough to reach her 4th activation damage boost.

Managing Shield Cooldowns

Myrlennia’s shield turns on and off in cycles. Every 4 turns, she gets a strong shield and a lot of damage reduction, but then these go on cooldown. During the times when her shield is down, team her up with a healer or a tank who can draw enemy attacks. Make sure she is protected while Mustered Courage is on cooldown.

The light Myrlennia shines dissociates all magic compounds it touches, splitting them apart to obstruct any magical interference from the enemy. Deals 1 magical attack equal to 130% of Myrlennia’s ATK to 3 random enemies. Before dealing the magical attack, this skill inflicts on all targets 1 stack of a debuff that decreases their M. DEF by 5% for 5 turns (8 stacks max).

Additionally, after the decision to inflict ［Decreased M. DEF］ has been made, if this skill activates for the 3rd time and onward during battle, the stack count of ［Decreased M. DEF］ inflicted on all targets by this skill increases by 2.

The magical attack’s damage becomes equal to 400% of her ATK.

If this skill activates for the 4th time and onward during battle, additionally, the attacks ignore ［Shield］ if the target is enhanced with it.

To escape reality, a young Myrlennia played with fairies only she could see. Even now, she has yet to realize it is but a fraction of the power her extraordinary gift bears... At the start of each turn, this skill grants 1 stack of ［Fairies］ to Myrlennia (30 stacks max) (cannot be dispelled). ［Fairies］ increases Myrlennia’s ATK by 3% and M. DEF by 5% for each stack she is enhanced with.

Additionally, at the start of the turn, grants Myrlennia ［Shield］ equal to 200% of her ATK for 4 turns. The effect that grants ［Shield］ will not activate again until 4 action phases have ended since its previous activation, and will not activate from the 13th turn and onward.

Additionally, if there are 2 or more Amber Soul allies other than Myrlennia in the party, the number of stacks of ［Fairies］ granted by this skill becomes 2.
