If you are planning to use Ringmaster Cordie as a DPS in any capacity (and have her at least at LR rarity), then give her runes that increase her damage: STR, ATK, PM. DEF Break, and CRIT.

If you are using her as a support, however, then it would be better to put those runes toward your main DPS instead.

Do not skimp on defensive runes, however. Ringmaster Cordie will still want CRIT RES, HP, and STA runes to help her have more HP and live longer in general.

Don't give her Debuff RES runes as her playstyle relies on her getting debuffed, and her debuffs will be dispelled by her skills anyway.

Considering the state of Azure units in-game as of this writing, this team is probably one of the more viable teams in the Battle League (at least up until you start facing strong Crimson or Amber teams).

Amleth, Florence, and Ringmaster Cordie are the main damage dealers, with Cordie providing further support with her multi-barriers.

Eureka will take care of cleansing any debuffs the other members get (though it can be random due to her skills), while Minasumari grants Stealth to either Florence or Amleth, which protects them from most forms of damage.

Though Stealth can't protect from frontal attacks, Cordie's multi-barriers can cover those kinds of attacks.

Ringmaster Cordie Analysis and How to Play

Good Azure Secondary DPS and Support

Ringmaster Cordie appears to be designed as a designated secondary DPS and support for Azure teams, with her ability to shield Azure allies with Multi-Barriers while stacking debuffs on herself to deal big damage.

In battle, once Cordie gets a debuff from an active skill, her first passive So Everyone Can Smile kicks in, giving her a 10% ATK buff with each stack. Once she hits five stacks, her first active skill, Let the Show Begin, becomes a big hit attack that deals damage equal to 1350% of her ATK.

This debuff/stack/attack loop can happen even without any debuffers in the enemy team, as Ringmaster Cordie stacks SPD debuffs on herself with Let the Show Begin! and dispells them with So Everyone Can Smile. So, not only does she get her stacks, but debuffs will not stick to her for long.

Reach LR Rarity to Unlock Potential as Secondary DPS

Get her to at least LR rarity so she has the right stats to act as a secondary DPS.

Aside from PvP, Ringmaster Cordie is still a competent character in other game modes like the Main Quest and Azure Tower, especially with her unique weapon. So it's worth getting at least one copy of her.

Slow and Works With Few Niche Teams

Ringmaster Cordie has a low base speed at around 2,662. Even if her self-SPD debuffs are dispelled, she still moves slower than a majority of units, even among Azure units. So, if you prefer to use fast teams and don't know how to run a slow team in PvP, Ringmaster Cordie may not be worth the trouble getting all the way up to LR rarity.

Also, with the state of Azure units currently, there are only a few Azure teams that are viable for PvP as of this writing. If you don't have specific Azure units, it will be hard to build a team around Ringmaster Cordie.

The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 880% of her ATK.
Level 3 Unlocks by level 161
Additionally, before dealing the physical attack, if Cordie is enhanced with Sea of Smiles and Cheers and its stack count is 5, the physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 1320% of her ATK.

Sea of Smiles and Cheers increases Cordie’s ATK by 10% for each stack she is enhanced with.

Additionally, if the debuff that is inflicted on Cordie is an action hindering debuff, the number of stacks of Sea of Smiles and Cheers granted by this skill becomes 5.
