Reset Character From the Character Menu

1	Go to the “Characters” menu and go to the “Rosters” tab.
2	Select the Character you want to reset, then select the “Reset” button under the icon of the character.
3	Confirm that you want to reset the character, then click the “Reset” button.

Resetting Characters Costs Diamonds

Resetting a character is easy but keep in mind that doing so costs 50 diamonds every time. It costs fairly low but this can add up quickly if you reset frequently, so use it wisely.

Resources That Will Be Refunded When You Reset a Character

Resetting a character refunds all EXP Orbs, Kindling Orbs, and Gold that you invested on that character.

This is especially important in the early game when resources are limited and you need to focus on making your main DPS carry stronger. A reset lets you refund resources you've invested in a character and reallocate them to a stronger character.

What Happens When You Reset a Character

Since the resources you spent to level up and make a character stronger will be refunded to you, resetting a character reverts them and their stats back to Level 1, making them significantly weaker.

Only reset a character when you have another stronger character that you can invest into. Otherwise, you'll be left with a weak team and wasted diamonds.

Resetting a character is a great way to manage your resources especially in the early game.

However, we do not recommend resetting a character until you get a stronger one.

Resetting Does Not Affect Gear and Unique Weapons

It's also important to note that while resetting characters reverts them to level 1, their Gear and Unique Weapons remain unaffected.

You can still use the gear on other characters provided that they can use them.
