Chapter 23 ←Prev |
- |
MementoMori's main quests are split into chapters, and in each chapter, there are some especially difficult boss fights. Read this walkthrough to find out which teams you can use to clear Chapter 24, what enemies you'll face, and strategies for defeating them.
List of Contents
If you have this team or one similar to it, you should be able to clear the entire chapter without issues.

For Chapter 24, stalling is the name of the game. You want to avoid getting Cordie hit by the enemy as much as possible so that even if the rest of her party has been taken out, she will survive long enough to destroy the other team.
Also, be ready to optimize her damage in any way you can. Either by buying her more Runes, augmenting her Gear, or getting her named gear with good Gear Set Effects (especially the sets that boost a witch's DEF Break stat).
Sivi | Fia |
With how much damage enemies deal in this chapter, Fia would especially be useful as she can pay back part of the damage she receives. Sivi is great to have as another support unit that can give your main attacker ramping ATK buffs.
Nina | Mimi | Lunalynn |
There is no shortage of Amleths at this stage, and Nina is one of the best witches who can counter her by stealing her immunity buff. Mimi, on the other hand, retains her usefulness with her Resonance debuff, though you can replace her with another witch (like Dian) if you need to increase your main attacker's survivability.
You can also replace Mimi with Lunalynn, who can also help your team stall its own demise by inflicting Silence on the enemy team (which prevents them from using their active skills and instead uses their normal attack).

Since 24-9 is a Soltina stage, Cordie users may have a tough time getting through it. To help with destroying her multi-barrier, you can position Primavera in front of her so that when Cordie attacks, her first active skill has already destroyed Soltina's barriers, leaving her open to nuking with Cordie's second active skill.
Meanwhile, Illya may have an R character, but she can still inflict Faint on a single target for two turns, so avoid having your main attacker in front of her.

Florence, Sonya, and to a lesser extent, Amleth, are the deadliest witches in this stage. That's why you want to get Primavera to Stun Florence, Nina to steal Amleth's buff, and Cordie to take out Sonya within the first turn. Florence might survive Cordie's first attack and not get stunned, so Dian is there to give Cordie an EVD buff.

Luke is one of the more dangerous enemies in this stage because she can destroy Cordie with a Critical Hit (that she'll deal with because Cordie has a lower STR than she does). So make sure that she is taken out in the first turn by positioning Cordie in front of her (it increases the chances of Cordie attacking Luke instead of others).
Amleth, on the other hand, just needs her Immortality buff stolen. Once they are taken out, Soltina shouldn't be too big of a problem just by herself.

Typically, on a stage like this, Cordie will end up taking out Illya, Loki, and Rosalie first, before the enemy Nina and Soltina take out a majority of witches on your team save for Amleth and Cordie (if her EVD buff helps her evade attacks). Turn 2 is usually when she has to take down both Soltina and Nina. If she fails, she'll probably get taken out

Carol makes every other enemy in her team dangerous as she increases their DEF with her buffs. That's why we have Cordie in front of her so she can take Carol out ASAP, followed by Ivy (who can get annoying if your Cordie is still surviving but has low HP).
The rest (like Amleth and Soltina) can be taken out in the usual order (have your Amleth tank hits, and make Primavera help with taking down Soltina's multi-barrier).
